Ivica Zubac Suffers High Ankle Sprain

According to Mike Trudell of Lakers.com, Los Angeles Lakers rookie center Ivica Zubac suffered a ankle sprain in last night’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Ivica Zubac looked to have turned an ankle going for a rebound, and is limping to the locker room with trainer Marco Nunez.

Mark Medina of Spectrum Sports also reported the news.

Head coach Luke Walton has instered the rookie into the starting lineup as the season begins to wind down. The rookie has showed signs of brillence and President of Basketball Operations Magic Johnson sees potential in the kid.
With the injury coming with a just a few weeks left in the season it will be interesting to see when Zubac can return to the floor.
