Interview With Former LA King Derek Armstrong

Derek Armstrong is a man who’s heart was with the LA Kings for every shift, every game and every day as a player for them and whose heart is still with the LA Kings to this very day.  If “Army” is in town in LA or anywhere else for a fan fest or doing an autograph session, make sure you go out of your way to go meet and talk with him.  It is more than worth it.  He is a gentleman and it was such a joy and honor for me to talk about his life and LA Kings’ hockey with him for this interview. It’s like what they say, a Kings’ a King forever and who better to be a fine example of that then the one and only Derek “Army” Armstrong? He truly is, and forever will be, Los Angeles Kings’ royalty.
