According to Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Hyun-jin Ryu is struggling with velocity issues during rehab.

To put things into perspective Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times reported where Ryu’s velocity was at this time last season.
Red flag for #Dodgers: Ryu’s fastball sat 90-91 mph last year, now 82-83 mph, even after 6 weeks rest & rehab: http://t.co/BNqZXpqzvR

The Los Angeles Dodgers reported that Ryu had been moved from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day.
The Dodgers have acquired RHP Matt West from @BlueJays for cash considerations, and moved Hyun-Jin Ryu to the 60-day disabled list.

It may be a long time before the Dodgers see Ryu in the lineup again. If he continues to struggle with velocity issues the Dodgers may have to give him more time to rehab the issue.
Ryu was shut down in spring training and has not pitched in a game this season.
