Hyun-Jin Ryu Heads Back To DL

According to Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Hyun-jin Ryu will head to the disabled list due to elbow tendinitis.

Andy Mccullough of the Los Angeles Times reported further details.
Hyun-Jin Ryu has been scratched from his outing tomorrow due to elbow discomfort. MRI showed no notable changes from previous exams.

Ryu missed the 2015 season after he underwent shoulder surgery. He missed the start of this season as well before making a start before the All-Star break where he struggled.
Bud Norris will most likely fill in for Ryu for Wednesday’s contest. Los Angeles has been hit with various injuries in the rotation all season. Clayton Kershaw, Brett Anderson, and Alex Wood are all currently on the DL.
