For this edition, let’s dive into the news surrounding the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Here is an excerpt from the Dodgers’ game recap yesterday:
“Ok so let’s see. Brett Anderson, pitched 6 great innings, gave up no runsthrowing 86 pitches and if the Dodgers would’ve lost then Don Mattingly would’ve gotten grilled for pulling him but we won and Don used 7 different pitches, who would go on to throw 7 shutout innings, striking out 9 and only allowing 5 base runners, two of which were credited to J.P. Howell who wanted to give us all a heart attack in the top of the 13th but hey he got the win so, good for you Howell.
Joc Pederson went 0-5 with 3 strikeouts proving he’s human, Andre Ethier, God bless him, got on base 3 times, and is now putting up numbers that are worth the $18 million he’s being paid this year.
Jimmy Rollins went hitless and struck out 3 times, going deeper into a slump, he is now hitting .176 on the season
