We like to start our day searching the web and reading articles about our beloved LA sports teams. It’s easy to get lost in the depth of the inter web, but luckily for you we have compiled a list of the most interesting and pertinent news stories for your morning reading pleasure. For this edition, let’s dive into the news surrounding the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Los Angeles Daily News discusses Chris Paul:
“Elite players don’t dwell on negative stuff. If they did, they’d be something less than elite.
It was just Monday that Chris Paul was harassed into a turnover in the final seconds that prevented the Clippers from getting off a shot that could have won the game for them in a 90-87 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies at Staples Center.
When it happened, Paul bent at the waist and put his face in his hands. He was bummed. It didn’t matter that he had scored 30 points. He believed he lost the game.
Fast forward to Friday and the rematch with the Grizzlies, this time at FedEX Forum in Memphis, where the Grizzlies entered with a home record of 23-5. Paul had 19 points, 13 assists, four rebounds and two steals in the Clippers’ very impressive 97-79 victory over the Grizzlies. He had just one turnover in 40 minutes.”

The Los Angeles Clippers help a family in need:
“Head coach Doc Rivers’ typical walk from the locker room to the pre-game press conference was anything but ordinary for the 16-year-old who’d get greeted by Rivers on the way.
Six months ago, Charlie Campbell’s life got flipped upside down when his sister, one month shy of her 20th birthday, was killed by a driver right before her junior year at Samford University.
As the Campbells attempt to move forward, Charlie’s father, Clay, reached out to the Clippers to see if there was anything special they could do for Charlie, a huge Clippers fan.
The Clippers answered that call in a way Clay and Charlie never thought possible.”
