We like to start our day searching the web and reading articles about our beloved LA sports teams. It’s easy to get lost in the depth of the inter web, but luckily for you we have compiled a list of the most interesting and pertinent news stories for your morning reading pleasure. For this edition, let’s dive into the news surrounding the Los Angeles Angels.
Check out our Outlandish Predictions for the Los Angeles Angels:
“We’re at that point in Spring Training where everyone gets a little testy from watching so much exhibition baseball while knowing there’s so much more to go. Can’t these guys just get started already? We’re ready for games that matter and big leaguers playing all nine innings! Sure, Spring Training is nearing its end, but it isn’t quite there, and we’re still stuck watching #96 pitch to #89 with #92 catching and #87 in right field. Ahhh, the glory of the Cactus League.
Anyways, why not have a little fun in the mean time? I’ll start us off with some outlandish predictions for the Angels. Have fun with these; they aren’t guarantees or oh-so-super-serious sports pundit predictions. But, crazier things have happened than what I came up with below, so maybe one or two will come true. I’m not going to bat 1.000, but I’d be cool hitting .200 on these.”

The Los Angeles Angels enjoyed a come-from-behind victory with two timely runs in the seventh inning Wednesday afternoon, defeating the Cleveland Indians 4-3 in Cactus League action:
The Angels jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning when Kyle Kubitza drove in Johnny Giavotella with a single to right field off Indians starter Josh Tomlin.
Then, in the bottom of the third, outfielder Matt Joyce hit a solo home run off Tomlin to make the game 2-0 in favor of the Angels.
In the top of the fourth, though, the wheels came off for Angels pitcher Nick Tropeano thanks to poor defense and timely hitting by the Indians. David Murphy led off with an infield single, and an error by first basemen Efren Navarro on a Lonnie Chisenhall ground ball put two men on with nobody out.
