Hollywood Blvd. News – Anaheim Ducks Edition

The off season is the time to make moves, but for Anaheim Ducks captain, Ryan Getzlaf a different kind of move will be happening.

Getzlaf will enter his third year of his $66 million contract extension, so he is putting his money to good use!

Earlier this year Getzlaf purchased another home, so the house in Tustin has been put on the market. And, hey Ducks fans, if any of you have $4.9 million laying around it could be yours!

Originally the house was bought for $3.76 million in 2010. The house is a Spanish style, built in 2002, on a cul-de-sac in gated Tustin Ranch. The LA Times puts it like this:

“Within the 6,900 square feet of living space is a kitchen with two islands, a home theater, a game room, a wine cellar, five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. There are fireplaces in the family room, living room and master suite as well one outdoor fireplace.

Inviting outdoor entertaining, grounds of about an acre contain a sports court, a putting green, a swimming pool and spa and two covered patios. Canyon and mountain views complete the outdoor setting.”
