According to Bob Nightengale of USA Today the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim will shut down C.J. Wilson due to shoulder issues.

Pedro Moura of the Los Angeles Times also reported the news.
C.J. Wilson has been shut down from throwing and will not resume until Opening Day. That makes May his likely target.

Fans and people in the Angels camp were hoping that Wilson would be able to be in the rotation come Opening Day. However, it looks as if a return will not happen until May at the earliest.
Los Angeles will have to rely on other members of the rotation to step up until Wilson is healthy enough to return.
