Jordan Raannan of ESPN.com also reported the news.
Counting the signing of D.J. Fluker, nobody currently has less salary cap space than #Giants. They have approximately $5M available vs. cap

Art Stapleton of USA Today confirmed the news.
D.J. Fluker is a low risk signing for one year at $3 million. Best chance is to start at RG, imo. Can also compete at RT if needed. #Giants

Fluker is a former first round pick of the Chargers. Los Angeles parted ways with the offensive lineup last week in an effort to save cap space.
For Fluker he will be playing on a one-year deal in an effort to prove his worth to the Giants or another team in the league.
