Scouting Report: Liriano is a 5-tool potential, outfielder out of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He has a plus-power tool as well as very good speed and an excellent arm in the outfield. Liriano has 20 home run – 20 stolen base potential in the future. He has excellent bat speed which should help him make consistent contact at the major league level. He has had trouble identifying and hitting off-speed pitches throughout his career. He got a cup of coffee in the Majors in 2014 and had some expected troubles. He struggled to hit major league pitching, more specifically off-speed pitches. He did show a flash of his immense power with a mammoth shot off of the Western Metal Supply Company Building. Liriano might benefit from the off-season acquisitions as some more seasoning in Triple-A is needed so he can make a bigger impact at the MLB level in 2016. ETA:2016
