Former Laker Luol Deng Signs With Timberwolves

According to Adrian Wojnowski of ESPN.com, the Minnesota Timberwolves have signed former Los Angeles Lakers forward Luol Deng to a one-year deal.
Free agent forward Luol Deng met with Minnesota president/coach Tom Thibodeau today and sides are finalizing a one-year deal, league sources tell ESPN.

Jimmy Butler consistently credited Luol Deng (and Adrian Griffin) for helping him through tough rookie season. Deng consistently credited Tom Thibodeau for helping him reach All-Star potential. Now, save for Griffin, they’re reunited, with Rose and Taj to boot.

Deng, who spent a majority of his career with the Chicago Bulls and Tom Thibeoudu reunites himself with many of the former Bulls players. Deng and the Lakers reached a buyout agreement after much frustration from the Deng and his camp.
