Former Dodger Brad Penny Retires

According to Ben-Nicholson Smith of Sportsnet.ca former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Brad Penny has retired from the game of baseball.
Brad Penny, who biked 9 miles each way to #BlueJays camp this spring, retires from baseball.

Penny is a former 5th round pick of the 1996 MLB draft to the Arizona Diamondbacks. He spent time with the Florida Marlins, Dodgers, Boston Red Sox, San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Cardinals, and Detroit Tigers throughout his career.
Penny last played in the Majors in 2014 with the Marlins. He appeared in 8 games posting a 2-1 record with a 6.58 ERA.
