LA Kings Host Second Game of Freeway Face-offs

The Anaheim Ducks will travel to Los Angeles to take on the LA Kings at the Staples Center for the second game of the Freeway Face-offs of the season.

Anaheim is coming off a strong 3-2 win over the San Jose Sharks, while the Kings are coming off a route of the Arizona Coyotes. The Ducks are on a four game winning streak and come into the game with a 23-18-7 clip. Los Angeles sports a Pacific Division leading 31-16-3 record.

Cam Fowler made his return for Anaheim last game out. Frederik Andersen got the win while in net recording 30 saves.

For Los Angeles they got a great effort from everyone in their last win. Jake Muzzin, Alec Martinez, Marian Gaborik, Dustin Brown, and Vincent Lecavalier all found the back of the net.

It is no secret that these two teams do not like each other and there will be plenty of physical play on the ice. Kings fans know that this type of physical game is ideal for Milan Lucic so expect him to be active throughout the night.

It’ll be a great game and fans can tune into to NBCS at 7:00 to watch their teams play.
