Ducks Sign David Jones To Tryout Agreement

According to Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register, the Anaheim Ducks have signed right winger David Jones to a professional tryout agreement.
David Jones is also in Ducks camp on a pro tryout.

Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times also reported the news.

Jones is a former 9th round pick of the Colorado Avalanche in the 2003 NHL Draft. He has spent time with the Avalanche, Calgary Flames, and Minnesota Wild.
Last season he spent time with both the Flames and Wild and totaled 18 points, 11 goals and 7 assists. He averaged just over 12 minutes of ice time a game.
