Ducks Return To Pond, Host Flames
- Updated: November 24, 2015
The Anaheim Ducks will return to the Honda Center tonight to square off against the Calgary Flame. This is the first game back in Anaheim after a long road trip that didn’t end too well for the Ducks.
Anaheim has been decent against the Flames over the last few years. They’ve only won their last 20 home games against Calgary. You have to go back to January 2004 to find the last home loss to club.
With that being said the Ducks have lost their last three games at home. Good thing for them is that the Flames don’t have a great record on the road. Calgary is just 3-7-1 on the road so far this season.
The Flames are lead by Johnny Gaudreau. In 21 games this season he has 5 goals and 15 assists. Sean Monahan has 15 points on the year, 7 goals and 8 assists.
Expect Ryan Getzlaf to have a strong game tonight. He has found success against the Flames with 26 points in his last 18 games against them.
The Flames are coming into tonight on a two game winning streak. They are yet to win three in a row this season and will look to do so in a tough environment.
Welcome home Ducks!
