The Ducks reported the news on their offical Twitter account.
NEWS: Today, we reassigned defenseman Andy Welinski to the @SDGullsAHL: https://t.co/Kr9tUNtTVupic.twitter.com/tHM5JPYX01

Welinski spent last season with the Gulls playing in 63 games totalling 29 points as a defender. This year he has played in four games with the Ducks and has totalled two points.
With the Gulls this season Welinski has played in 21 games and recorded 17 points, 6 goals and 11 asssists. Welinski was not getting much ice time so it makes sense to put the 24-year-old back in the AHL.
Anahiem will take on the Arizona Coyotes at the Honda Center tomorrow afternoom at 1:00 p.m. PST
