Ducks Look for 9th Straight Win

The Anaheim Ducks will take on the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday night at the Honda Center. Anaheim is coming off a 4-2 win against the Los Angeles Kings. 

Montreal comes into the game with 30-28-5 record while the Ducks sport a 34-19-8 clip. The Canadiens have won two of their last three games.

Mike Brown made his debut with Montreal against the San Jose Sharks. The Canadiens acquired Stefan Matteau on Monday afternoon.

Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reported that Simon Despres did not practice on Tuesday.

Montreal is led by P.K. Subban and Tomas Plekanec. Subban leads the way with 47 points on the season, 5 goals and 42 assists.

Plekanec is second on the team with 46 points on the season, 12 goals and 34 assists. With Anaheim streaking it will be a tough for the Canadiens to stop the winning ways.
