Schafer is a former third round pick of the 2005 MLB Draft by the Atlanta Braves. He has spent time with the Braves, Houston Astros, and Minnesota Twins.
Last season with the Twins he appeared in 27 games and hit .217. He strained his MCL which derailed his season. As more information surfaces on the Dodgers and their offseason moves we will keep you up to date.
