Dodgers Re-Sign Chase Utley

According to Andy McCullough of the Los Angeles Times the Los Angeles Dodgers have re-signed second basemen Chase Utley.
Chase Utley is coming back to the Dodgers on a one-year deal, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.

Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register also reported the news.

Utley is a former first round pick of the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2000 MLB Draft. Utley has spent time with the Phillies and Dodgers throughout his career.
Utley is a six-time All-Star and will continue to provide depth to the Dodgers infielder next season. Los Angeles is looking to improve on a disappointing end to their season.
The club will look to finalize their roster before Spring Training begins.
