Dodgers Place Clayton Kershaw On DL

According to the Los Angeles Dodgers official Twitter account, the club has placed starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw on the disabled list with a bicep injury.
Today, the Dodgers placed Clayton Kershaw on the 10-day DL with left bicep tendonitis and recalled Brock Stewart from Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times also reported the news.

Ken Gurnick of the Times shared more information on the news.
Clayton Kershaw has already met with Dr. Neal ElAttrache in LA and the club is hoping for test results on his bicep tonight or tomorrow.

Kershaw has posted a 1-4 record with a 2.86 ERA so far this season. Los Angeles is hoping the injury is nothing serious and would like to get thier ace back in the rotation sooner rather than later.
