- Updated: December 6, 2016
According to Buster Olney of ESPN.com the Los Angeles Dodgers are actively shopping left-handed pitcher Scott Kazmir.
Dodgers’ 40-man roster at 39. They can’t add Hill + anyone else until they clear spots. They are shopping Scott Kazmir, McCarthy, others.

Kazmir is a former first round pick of the New York Mets in the 2002 MLB Draft. He has spent time with the Tampa Bay Devils Rays, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Cleveland Indians, Oakland Atheltics, Houston Astros, and Dodgers.
Kazmir is a three-time All-Star and posted a 15 win season with the A’s back in 2014. Last season with the Dodgers Kazmir posted a 10-6 record with a 4.56 ERA. He gave Los Angeles 136 innings of work.
Los Angeles is exploring all options after re-signing Rich Hill. Expect them to be active this winter after failing to get to the World Series in yet another promising season.
