Dodgers Interested In Aroldis Chapman?

@mlbdailydish

According to Jon Heyman of CBS Sports the Los Angeles Dodgers are interested in Cincinatti Reds reliever Aroldis Chapman.

It is not a surprise that the Dodgers would be interested in the flame thrower. Last season the Dodgers was in the bottom half of the league in ERA.

As the Reds look to start rebuilding their franchise they will listen to offers from multiple teams surrounding the assets that they do have.

Chapman is set to become a free agent after the 2016 season and if the Reds are not winning there is a good chance that he would leave in free agency.

Chapman has been with the Reds his entire career dating back to 2010. He has the ability to throw over 100 MPH consistently through his inning.

Last season he posted a 4-4 record with a 1.63 ERA. In 65 games he pitched 66.1 inning notching 33 saves. He also struck out 116 batters.
