According to Ken Gurnick of MLB.com the Los Angeles Dodgers have cut pitcher Brooks Brown.

The Los Angeles Dodgers confirmed the news via their official Twitter account.

Brown is a former first round pick of the Colorado Rockies back in 2006. He spent the last two years with the Rockies once he made his MLB debut in 2014.

Last season he appeared in 36 games posting a 1-3 record with a 4.91 ERA. Brown will most likely getting invited to camp somewhere else. He came into camp with an injury and the Dodgers ultimately think he was worth the wait to recover.

Los Angeles will kick off their spring training in the next week or so. As more information surfaces on the Dodgers and their Spring Training roster moves we will keep you up to date.
