Rosenthal reported details on Tepesch via Twitter.
Tepesch started season with #Rangers at AAA, exercised an out and joined #Dodgers at AAA. His ERA in 14 Pacific Coast League starts: 3.66.

For Tepesch it will mostly be a spot start but it will be nice for the pitcher to get a chance to pitch in the bigs for the first time since 2014.
