Dodgers and Angels Both Interested In Chase Utley

According to Jayson Stark of ESPN.com the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim are both interested in second basemen Chase Utley.
Angels & Dodgers both remain interested in Chase Utley. One friend of Utley says he has options, but his preference is to play in California

Stark also reported that the San Diego Padres are also interested in Utley.
The Padres are the latest Calif. team to show strong interest in Chase Utley. Reported earlier that the Angels & Dodgers had interest.

Mark Saxon of ESPN.com reported the Dodgers were interested in bringing back the veteran.

Utley who is a long time Philadelphia Phillies player was traded to the Dodgers late in the season. He became a part of a lot of heat after his infamous slide in the NLDS.
Utley was a 1st round pick in the 2000 MLB draft. He spent 13 years with the Phillies before joining the Dodgers. With the Dodgers last season he played in 34 games and he .202 with 3 home runs.
