Roache is a former first round pick of the Brewers in the 2012 MLB Draft. He has spent his entire career in either high A or double A ball.
So far this season Roache is batting just .176 in 80 plate appearances. Roache does have some pop in his bat. He hit 22 home runs in single A back in 2013.
Los Angeles will take on the San Diego Padres at Petco Park tonight. Kenta Maeda and Jhoulys Chacin are expected to start.
