Ward spent much of last season in Triple-A for the Orioles. He hit .242 in 2014. Webb spent 2014 in the majors for the Orioles and will provide some bullpen depth for the Dodgers who are dealing with injuries. He posted a 3-3 record with a 3.83 ERA last season.
The Dodgers did give up Rowen who struggled this spring and the Dodgers didn’t feel to comfortable with him in the bullpen.
The move helps the Dodgers bullpen until Kenley Jansen returns from injury. The Dodgers will open up their series with the Arizona Diamondbacks tonight at 6:40 p.m. PST
