Gallinari is a former first round pick of the New York Knicks back in the 2008 NBA Draft. He has spent time with the Knicks and Denver Nuggets before joining the new look Clippers this summer.
For Los Angeles, Gallinari represents the first suitable starting small forward for the club in a long time. Los Angeles went out and picked up Gallinari this offseason after Chris Paul decided to depart to Houston.
