- Updated: April 3, 2016
The Los Angeles Clippers will welcome back star forward Blake Griffin this afternoon when they take on the Washington Wizards. Griffin has not played since Christmas Day and fans are excited to see him back in action.
Washington comes into this game with a 37-39 as they are fighting for the 8th and final playoff spot. Los Angeles sports a 47-28 clip and sit comfortably in the fourth seed in the West.
Paul Pierce will not play today. Dan Woike of the Orange County Register reported.
Paul Pierce is doing better than Doc Rivers expected, but he likely won’t play Sunday against the Wizards

This is a must win game for the Wizards without their playoff hopes in the balance. John Wall has had an excellent season and is leading the team averaging about 20 points a night to go along with 10.2 assists.
It will be a battle in backcourt with Wall going up against Chris Paul.
This should be an entertaining game with everyone interested in seeing how Griffin looks with the club after all that time off.
