Clippers Take On Rockets On MLK Day

@LAClippers

The Los Angeles Clippers will take on the Houston Rockets on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Houston beat the Los Angeles Lakers last night 112-95.

Los Angeles comes into this game with a 26-14 record while the Rockets are 22-20. The Clippers will be without Blake Griffin once again. DeAndre Jordan is listed as probable after missing the last few games due to an illness.

Patrick Beverley is listed as questionable for the game. He is dealing with a ankle injury. Houston comes into to this game just as hot as the Clippers winning 7 out of their last 8 games.

Houston is led by James Harden and Dwight Howard. Last night Harden scored 31 points in three quarters and is averaging 27.6 points per game.

For Howard he had a double-double last night and he is averaging 14.2 points a night. Los Angeles will need a big effort from Chris Paul and J.J. Redick tonight. Without Griffin and Jordan those two will need to carry the load on the offensive end.

It will be a tough test but Doc Rivers will have his team ready.
