Clippers Sign Center Willie Reed

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of the ESPN.com, the Los Angeles Clippers have signed free agent center Willie Reed.
Free agent center Willie Reed has reached an agreement with the Los Angeles Clippers, league sources tell ESPN. One-year, $1.5 million pact.

Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times also reported the news.

Reed went undrafted in the 2011 NBA Draft. He spent a few years in the D-League becoming a D-League All-Star in 2015. Reed got his shot with the Brooklyn Nets in the 2015-2016 season. He played in 39 games starting in 2 of them averaging 4.7 points per game and 3.1 rebounds.
Last season with the Miami Heat he averaged 5.3 points per game and 4.7 rebounds. He played in 71 games and started in 5 of them. He will be a solid backup center to DeAndre Jordan as the Clipper look to get over the hump this season.
