Clippers Look To Make It Six Straight With Win

@HoopsRumors

The Los Angeles Clippers will look to notch their sixth straight win when they take on the Philadelphia 76ers at the Staples Center tonight.

Los Angeles is playing their best basketball of the year and come into tonight’s game with a 21-13 record. Philadelphia is coming off a loss to the Lakers last night and come into this game with a 3-32 record.

Hollis Thompson is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game. He missed last night’s contest due to eye injury. Jahlil Okafor is back in the lineup. He was dealing with a knee injury and is coming off the bench as of now.

We all know the 76ers aren’t necessarily trying to win but they have shown some improvements since acquiring Ish Smith from the New Orleans Pelicans.

Philadelphia also brought Mike D’antoni to their bench as an associate head coach and he has help the process as well.

Okafor is the leading scorer for the 76ers and he is averaging 17.1 points per game. Okafor isn’t much of a defensive player so expect DeAndre Jordan to have his way on the glass.

Nerlens Noel had a double against the Lakers last night as been starting in place of Okafor and is playing well. It will be interesting to see how he does against Jordan.

This should be an win for Los Angeles against a far worse team than the Clippers. Let’s keep this win streak going!
