Clippers Look To End Losing Streak Face Off Against Pistons
- Updated: November 14, 2015
The Los Angeles Clippers will play host to the Detroit Pistons this afternoon as they look to end their 2 game losing streak at the Staples Center.
The Clippers had a tough time in Phoenix on Thursday night. They were without Chris Paul who missed the game due to a groin strain. J.J. Redick was dealing with back issues and also missed the game. To make matters worst, Blake Griffin was ejected late in the first half for arguing a non-call with an official.
Fans were not happy with Griffin’s ejection. Here are some responses from fans.
@CaliSportsnews#Correction The clippers that are allowed to play…thanks to touchy refs and injuries are down 58-49 at the half

@CaliSportsnews REALLY? That’s BS

@CaliSportsnews that Blake ejection will be as tough on the clips as it will on TNTs ratings tonight. Address all complaints to Brian Forte

Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight proceeded to have big games as Austin Rivers and Pablo Prigioni were overmatched. Knight finished with 37 points, and Bledsoe was 1 assist shy of a triple-double with 26 points, 9 assists, and 10 rebounds.
Tonight the Clippers will take on the Pistons who are one of the more surprising teams in the league this year. Andre Drummond is off to a monster start this year. He is averaging 18.8 points and 19.3 rebounds a game so far.
It will be a great matchup between the Drummond and DeAndre Jordan. Both are elite defensive centers. Reggie Jackson will give Rivers trouble if Paul is out again.
