Clippers Host Sacramento Kings For Second Time In 2015-2016
- Updated: October 31, 2015
It seems like we’ve done a lot of talking about the Sacramento Kings so far in this new NBA season. The Clippers beat the Kings on opening night 111-104. The Lakers on the other hand we unable to do so last night.
When the two teams met earlier this week it was the tale of the big men. Blake Griffin and DeMarcus Cousins scored 30+ points. Boogie hit 4 bombs against the Clippers.

The matchup is a bit of a reunion of sorts for both clubs. Rajon Rondo, Paul Pierce, and Doc Rivers get a chance to look back at the memories from their championship days with Boston.
Willie Cauley-Stein got the start last night against the Lakers and totaled 17 points and 9 rebounds. I imagine that head coach George Karl will look to keep Willie in the starting lineup in tonight’s game.
The Clippers did have a 13 point lead in the fourth quarter that evaporated. Look for the Clippers to try to put the game away if they get into a similar situation.
In the Clippers latest win over the Mavericks they got excellent minutes from their bench. It looks like Austin Rivers is soaking up a lot of knowledge from Chris Paul as he has come out strong to start the year.
DeAndre Jordan continues to struggle with free throws as the Mavericks reverted to the hack-a-Jordan method.
The Clippers will look to improve to 3-0 on the year with a win this evening.
