Clippers Host Defending Champion Warriors

The Los Angeles Clippers will host the defending champion Golden State Warriors on Monday night. Both teams are coming off losses to the top-seeded Detroit Pistons.

The Clippers have played well so far this season with a record of 4-1. Blake Griffin is leading the group averaging 24.8 points per game. It’s no secret that the Warriors are loaded offensively with weapons. It will be up to the players like Patrick Beverly and Austin Rivers to help led this Los Angeles defense.

Rivers scored 17 points in the first half against the Pistons over the weekend. It will be a night full of work as he will be forced to guard Steph Curry and Klay Thompson. Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times reported the news.

Fans can tune into to NBATV to watch the game. The Warriors have already lost three games this season and it will be interesting to see how they recover tonight.
