Clippers Defense Slows Down Jazz

The Los Angeles Clippers allowed just 72 points as they beat the Utah Jazz 88-72 on Monday night. For Los Angeles they have now won three in a row.
Blake Griffin led the way with 26 points, 6 assists, and 10 rebounds. Austin Rivers scored 15, an DeAndre Jordan recorded a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds.
Jamal Crawford chipped in 11 points off the bench. For the Jazz Derrick Favors led the team in scoring with just 13 points. Rudy Gobert recorded a double-double of his won with 10 points and 14 rebounds.
Dante Exum reached double figures of his own with 10 points off the bench. Gordon Hayward struggled to score recording just 7 points.
Utah shot just 32 % from the field including 17% from three point land which really hurt the club. The Jazz scored 30 points in the second and third quarter combined that put them in a hole they simply could not climb out.
Up next the Clippers will play their last game before the All-Star break against Dwight Howard and the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night.
