Clippers Cruise In South Beach 110-93

The Los Angeles Clippers continued their seven game road trip with a visit to South Beach last night. They made it a 110-93 win and it was the first time the Clippers beat the Heat in Miami since 2008.

They dominated from tip, as they won 35-15 in the first quarter. Their big lead was insurmountable, and the Heat simply had no response.
Chris Paul had 26 points and 12 assists while Blake Griffin added 26 points and 7 rebounds.
JJ Reddick found the touch from behind the arc and went 4-8 from deep on way to his 14 points. DeAndre Jordan got another double-double tonight as he scored 12 points and 11 rebounds. Jamal Crawford only scored 5 points but did dish out 9 assists.
For the Miami Heat, they played without Dwyane Wade due to a continuing injury. Chris Bosh racked up 28 points and 7 rebounds while Shabazz Napier scored 17 points.
Miami struggled from three shooting only 23%. They also struggled to move ball on offense having just 11 team assists.
The Clippers, however, had 13 threes and 31 team assists.
Doc Rivers had questioned the trust in the offense earlier this week, but from the looks of things it seems like the trust is back. So there really is no need to panic, it looks like all is well in LA.
Clippers will continue their road trip to Memphis to take on the Grizzlies. They started off the season hot and it will definitely be a battle of two of the better Western Conference teams.
