Clippers Cruise Past Cavs Without Big 3

The Cleveland Cavilers rested their big three and the Los Angeles Clippers took advantage coming home with the 108-78 victory. LeBron James, Kevin Love, and Kyrie Irving all rested for the Cavs.

For the Clippers Blake Griffin had a strong game with 23 points and 8 rebounds. J.J. Redick chipped in 16 points, and DeAndre Jordan recorded another double-double with 13 points and 17 rebounds.

Jamal Crawford reached double figures off the bench with 13 points along with Austin Rivers who had 11 points. Chris Paul had a quiet night with just 5 points and 7 assists.

For Cleveland they had some balance scoring. Richard Jefferson led the Cavs in points with 12 off the bench. Kay Felder, Channing Frye, Iman Shumpert, and J.R. Smith each scored 10 points.

Tristan Thompson and Deron William each scored 11 points. Los Angeles dominated the Cavs on the boards 54-40. With the win Los Angeles improves their record to 41-29 on the season.

Up next the club with host Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knicks on Monday night at the Staples Center.
