Clippers Cruise By Nuggets 107-92

The Los Angeles Clippers cruised by the Denver Nuggets 107-92 Saturday night. J.J. Redick celebrated Duke’s Final Four victory with a big game of his own. He scored 25 points in the victory. After the Clippers made an incredible comeback to beat the Portland Trail Blazers they looked to build off of the momentum.

Chris Paul scored 23 points and had 9 assists in the win. DeAndre Jordan recorded a double-double with 14 points and 22 rebounds. Blake Griffin chipped in 13 points to go along with 7 assists. Matt Barnes reached double figures with 10 points as well.

For the Nuggets Wilson Chandler lead the team in scoring with 17 points. Randy Foye added 14 points to go along with 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Kenneth Faried recorded a double-double with 10 points and 14 rebounds.

Erick Green  (11) and Jusuf Nurkic (10) reached double figures as well for the Nuggets. A big factor in tonight’s game was the Clippers ability to sink the long ball.  They connect on 13 threes compared to the Nuggets 6. The Clipper defense was able to hold the Nuggets to just 38% from the field and the Clippers took care of the lesser opponent.

Easter Sunday action will involve the Los Angeles Lakers. Clipper and Laker fans can watch on ABC.
