Clayton Kershaw To Pitch Game 1 For Dodgers

Clayton Kershaw

LOS ANGELES, Ca- According to Arash Markazi of the ESPNLosAngeles the Los Angeles Dodgers have named 2014 Cy Young Winner Clayton Kershaw the starter for game 1 of the NLDS playoffs against the New York Mets.

With the Dodgers having two great pitchers it was interesting to see if the Dodgers turned to Zack Greinke or Kershaw. Either way I think they are good to go for the first two games.

The Los Angeles Dodgers confirmed the news via their official Twitter account.

Kershaw has been dominate this season. He posted a 16-7 record with a 2.13 ERA to go along with 301 strikeouts. Check out number 300 below.
