Clarkson Leads Lakers To Win Over Hornets 110-99

Jordan Clarkson had a big fourth quarter and the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Charlotte Hornets 110-99 on Saturday night. For Los Angeles, their record improves to 10-15 on the season.
Clarkson had 22 points, 6 assists, and 5 rebounds in the win while Brandon Ingram added 18 points and 6 rebounds. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 15 points while Brook Lopez chipped in 13 points.
Julius Randle had 12 points off the bench and Kyle Kuzma added 12 points and 14 rebounds.
For the Hornets, Kemba Walker led the way with 23 points. Dwight Howard recorded a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Marvin Williams chipped in 13 while Johnny O’Bryant added 11 points and 7 rebounds.
The Lakers offense was firing on all cylinders last night. They shot 51% from the field in the win and outscored the Hornets by ten points in the final period. Los Angles will have a tough stretch of games coming up. The club will take on the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night on ESPN.
