Chris Paul Shines, Clippers Win Game One 107-92

Chris Paul was dominant in game one and the Los Angeles Clippers took care of business and beat the San Antonio Spurs 107-92. Nobody thinks this series is going to be easy for either side and tonight was full of runs.
Chris Paul led the way with 32 points had 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Blake Griffin was excellent as well. He scored 26 points, 12 rebounds, and 6 assists. Griffin provided fans plenty of highlights with showtime dunks over Aron Baynes.

DeAndre Jordan had some emphatic blocks tonight as he scored 9 points to go along with 14 rebounds. Jamal Crawford was excellent off the bench as he scored 17 points including 3 three pointers. JJ. Redick did struggle shooting the ball but reached double figures tonight with 10.
For the Spurs Kawhi Leonard led the way in scoring. He scored 18 points to go along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals. Tim Duncan recorded another playoff double-double as he scored 11 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Marco Bellini chipped in 11 off the bench as well for the defending champs.
Tony Parker had a quite night as he scored just 10 points. Danny Green struggled to find his shot as he was 2/11 from the field and scored 6 points.
A key moment in tonight’s game was when Matt Barnes and Aron Baynes got into a little tie which sent Baynes into the crowd. The Clippers used that as an energy booster and took control of the third quarter.
The Clippers were excellent from behind the arch shooting 10/18 from the three point line. While the Spurs attempted 33 three points and made the same amount as the Clippers with 10.
With the Clippers up 1-0 in the series that will take on the Spurs in game two of the series on Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. PST.
