According to Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul has been named to the All-NBA Second Team.

This is the second time Paul has been named to the NBA second team. He was also won the award back in 2009. Paul is very familiar to make the NBA team. He’s made the NBA first team four times and the third team once.

This award is well deserved for Paul who led the league in assists this year at 10.2 a game. Paul also finished in the top 5 in steals per game at 1.9.

This year Paul averaged 19.1 points, 10.2 assists, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.9 steals as he led the Clippers to a 56-26 regular season record.

Paul also played in 82 games for the first time in his career. The Clippers were just one win away from their first ever Western Conference Finals before the Houston Rockets rallied back from being down 3-1. Paul has never been the WCF.

Paul is also considered one of the best point guards in the league due to his all-around game. Since coming to Los Angeles the team has reached heights they wouldn’t have dreamed of.

Congratulations Chris Paul!
