Chargers Sign Bruce Johnson

According to Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune the San Diego Chargers have signed center Bruce Johnson.
Chargers signed former Eagles C Bruce Johnson. OLB Tyler Marcordes waived-injured in corresponding move, team announced.

Johnson was cut last week by the Philadelphia Eagles.

Johnson played his college ball at the University of Maine. He is from New York and won the Rimgton Award that is given to the nationals best center in the FCS.
Johnson will be give a shot to compete for time on the offensive line this season. San Diego will take on the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday morning as they continue their preseason schedule. Fans can watch the game on FOX.
