Chargers Fire Frank Reich

According to Aaron Wilson the San Diego Chargers have fired offensive coordinator Frank Reich.
Chargers let go following assistants: Frank Reich, Joe D’Alessandris, Pete Metzelaars, Fred Graves, Don Johnson, Andrew Dees.

Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune also confirmed the news.
Chargers parted with offensive coordinator Frank Reich today. As expected, defensive coordinator John Pagano remains on staff.

Reich is a former third round pick of the 1985 draft. He spent time with the Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, New York Jets, and Detroit Lions.
He then went on to coach with the Indianapolis Colts, and Arizona Cardinals before joining the Chargers. He was the quarterbacks coaches in 2013 before being promoted last year.
San Diego ranked 9th in total offensive yards last season, but was 31st in rushing offense and 26th in scoring. As more information surfaces on the Chargers and the offseason we will keep you up to date.
