Chargers Claim OL Michael Schofield Off Waivers

According to Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com, the Los Angeles Chargers have claimed OL Michael Schofield off of waivers from the Denver Broncos.
As has been shared…former Broncos T/G Michael Schofield was claimed by the Chargers — one GM I know said last night “no way” he clears.

The Chargers reported the news on their official Twitter account.

Jack Wang of the LA Daily News also reported the news.
Chargers have claimed OT Michael Schofield (from Broncos) and DB Jeff Richards (from Panthers) off waivers.

Schofield is a former third round pick of the Broncos in the 2014 NFL Draft. Schofield played his college ball at the University of Michigan.
Last year Schofield played and started in all 16 games. Schofield was part of the Broncos team that won Super Bowl 50. As more information surfaces on the Chargers and their roster moves we will keep you up to date.
