Chargers Beat Miami, 30-10

After 37 years the Los Angeles Chargers finally beat the Miami Dolphins in Miami, 30-10.

The last time the Chargers won in Miami you have to go back to the playoff game in 1982 as the team had lost eight straight in Miami.

Melvin Gordon was activated for this game but did not play. Austin Ekeler carried the ball 18 times for 60 yards and saw the majority of the carries. Troymaine Pope backed up Ekeler for the injured Justin Jackson and had 10 carries for 20 yards. Philip Rivers had another great day, 24 for 30 for 310 yards and two touchdown passes and no interceptions.

The defense played well and was able to sack Dolphins quarterback Josh Rosen four times. The Chargers held the Dolphins to only 233 total yards for the game with the longest play from scrimmage was only 34 yards. Mike Davis picked off Rosen for the games only interception.

The Chargers (2-2) will travel back to Carson California to face the Denver Broncos (0-4). The Broncos are coming off a very tough loss as they were defeated on a last-second Josh Lambo field goal.
