Chargers Beat Denver, 19-16.

Let’s make it three wins in a row for the Los Angeles Chargers, as they get by the Denver Broncos, 19-16.

Justin Herbert continues his amazing rookie season by throwing his record-breaking 28th touchdown pass, breaking the mark set by Baker Mayfield of the Cleveland Browns. Mike Badgley tied his career mark for field goals in a season with four. No Keenan Allen today, he was resting a hamstring injury. With Allen out, Mike Williams led the receivers with 54 yards on 4 receptions. Austin Ekeler led the ground game with 45 yards on 10 carries.

The Chargers defense was steady and forced Drew Lock to throw two interceptions to stop two drives. Nasir Adderley gave the Chargers excellent field position on 3 returns for 107 yards.

The season finale will be a divisional battle with the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs wrapped up the division and the home-field advantage throughout the playoffs, including the bye week in the AFC.
