Since the Clippers do not have their own D-League team they have the right to assign him to any other affiliate team they choose. The Canton Charge are the Cleveland Cavaliers affiliate is where Los Angeles assigned Wilcox. They reported the news on their official Twitter account.

Wilcox has played in just 14 game this season and with the team deep with guards it will be hard to see him get any action this postseason.
Hopefully the Clippers will get a D-League team sometime soon but for now they have to rely on the other teams around the league to develop their players for them.
